Map business metrics to the company's processes and systems;
Create and maintain data models and documentation, including business metrics documentation;
Collaborate with the development team to ensure data projects are implemented according to requirements and that business metrics are measured and monitored correctly;
Test and validate data solutions, verifying that business metrics are being measured and monitored correctly;
Train users on data solutions, including the use of business metrics;
Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions, ensuring business metrics are accurate and reliable;
Stay up to date on the latest data trends and technologies, including those related to mapping and analyzing business metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field;
2+ years of experience as a Data Functional Analyst or in a similar role;
Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis methodologies, with emphasis on mapping business metrics;
Experience with data modeling, documentation, and analysis of business metrics;
Proficiency in SQL and BI tools;
Experience in functional analysis, conceptual and logical modeling, and metrics mapping, as well as knowledge of data governance techniques;
Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
