About this role
Role Overview
Increase brand awareness of Atos Medical and the associated brands Tracoe and Provox
Regularly maintain and develop existing accounts in hospital sales
Advise and develop customers at decision‑maker level
Acquire new customers in the clinical sector (acute hospitals / rehabilitation clinics) for product sales
Sell relevant hospital products and the Tracoe and Provox brands in line with the annual business plan within the assigned region
Conduct territory analysis and regional planning according to targets in the CRM system
Collect, analyze and interpret market and sales data as well as competitor information
Participate in regional, national and international trade shows and congresses
Coordinate and execute customer events (clinical staff) aimed at new customer acquisition and product placement
Work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders
Document and report safety‑related incidents
Requirements
State‑recognized qualification as a nurse (health and nursing care) or nursing specialist desirable, combined with experience in medical device sales
Optional further qualification as a medical device consultant
Ideally a degree in business administration or health sciences
Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system
Several years of experience selling consultative systems and clinical concepts at different levels within hospitals and to clinical staff
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
Very good analytical skills
Required experience with CRM systems and MS Office
High willingness to travel and stay overnight and flexibility
Good knowledge of English
Driving licence class B
