About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for selling our test portfolio to hospitals in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
Proactively approach and manage hospitals and healthcare institutions
Establish and develop key account relationships with decision-makers in hospitals
Work closely with marketing, product development and company management
Represent Detechgene at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings
Maintain CRM systems, monitor market trends and provide customer feedback to support product improvements
Requirements
Proven experience in selling IVD/medical devices (minimum 5 years)
Existing contacts with hospitals in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) required
Willingness to travel (primarily within NRW, approx. 90%), strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Sales experience combined with a strategic mindset for building structures and processes
Fluent German; English skills are a plus
