Role Overview
- Develop and evolve FullStack solutions used in corporate platforms.
- Contribute to defining and evolving architectural standards.
- Develop scalable backend services and reusable frontend components.
- Build APIs and system integrations.
- Ensure software engineering best practices and code quality.
- Support technical decisions related to solution architecture.
- Contribute to the evolution of frameworks and reusable components.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with architecture, product, and other engineering teams.
- Support the adoption of technical standards across development teams.
- Ensure quality, performance, and scalability of developed solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a FullStack developer.
- Backend development experience using Java (Spring Boot) or similar technologies.
- Frontend development experience using React or other modern frameworks.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of system integration patterns.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with version control using Git.
- Experience with modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of automated testing and quality strategies.
- Knowledge of observability practices, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.
- Experience with public or hybrid cloud is a plus.
- Ability to work hands-on while keeping an architectural perspective.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
