Own and manage the RFQ support for Data Center sales teams, while closely coordinating between cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing) to facilitate high-quality & timely proposals
Ensure clear scope definition, timelines, and execution tracking for all bids
Support Sales in pre-sales solution fitment and defining optimal Carrier offerings
Develop competitive strategies for key accounts based on historical participation and market insights
Drive prioritization of opportunities and escalate risks proactively
Maintain visibility on bid pipeline, milestones, and performance
Identify improvement areas to enhance bid quality, speed, and win rates
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / HVAC preferred)
5+ years of experience in HVAC industry, having worked in Program/ Project Management, technical sales or Engineering
Experience working in international / cross-regional environments is preferred
