Audit and Tax Service Consultant

Role Overview

• Submit proposals for a 12-month audit and tax services engagement.
• Conduct audit of InnovateEDU’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30th.
• Prepare Federal Form 990 and CHAR500 in New York State.
• Provide a robust Management Letter with specific insights into internal controls.
• Deliver audited financial draft reports and final audited financial statements.

Requirements

• Experience with education non-profits and audit/tax services.
• Two examples of similar projects (specifically in the education/non-profit services).
• Proposed Methodology: How you will approach the 12-month timeline.
• Bios of the specific individuals who will work on this account.
• Detailed Budget: Breakdown of costs by phase/deliverable.
