Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience in successfully building, leading, and delivering complex technology projects
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, implement, and provide sustained support for enterprise-grade applications
Extensive experience in managing large technology teams, including those that are geographically distributed
Prior experience in senior stakeholder management
Hands-on expertise in developing robust, enterprise-grade applications leveraging modern technology stacks
Working knowledge and adherence to industry best practices and software development standards
A strong and comprehensive understanding of Wealth Management, Retail Banking operations, CRM, and critical back-office operations within a financial institution
