Role Overview
- Apply engineering principles in manufacturing processes
- Develop processes and equipment for new products
- Optimize processes and validate manufacturing lines
- Coordinate design engineering activities with other departments
- Lead process improvements in existing operations
- Ensure adherence to quality management standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles and experiences
- 7+ years of relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements
- Training and certifications in methodologies such as 6-Sigma (green belt as a minimum)
- Strong technical and problem solving foundation
- Experience with project management methodologies
