Build and direct a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division
Responsible for the deployment & administration of a global labeling solution for the division
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with global operations
Provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division
Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields
Preferred Fields of Study: Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers
Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions
Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence
Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements
Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
