Executive Director, Global Market Development – Analytical Services Division

Role Overview

• Provide leadership, oversight, strategy, and direct staff supervision across PPD Laboratories services
• Drive awareness and demand for portfolio of solutions across clinical development life cycle
• Partner and collaborate closely with stakeholder groups within PPD business
• Guide creation of marketing plans and ensure efforts are grounded in customer needs/business insights
• Plan and manage resource allocation across the area/division

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Science, Health Sciences or Business
• 10-15+ years pharmaceutical/CRO/medical device experience
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, collaboration and influencing skills
• Broad marketing experience
• Strong financial acumen and robust working knowledge of sales and marketing relationships
