Continuously test and optimize messaging, landing pages, CTAs, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels.
Execute GTM Campaigns
Support product launches and GTM initiatives from strategy through execution.
Coordinate campaigns across web, email, paid, content, and social channels to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
Lifecycle & Email Marketing
Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, nurture, activation, and re-engagement campaigns.
Manage segmentation, automation, and performance tracking across email workflows.
Landing Pages & Conversion
Own landing page strategy and execution, including testing, messaging, UX recommendations, and conversion optimization.
Partner with design and engineering to quickly launch and iterate on experiments.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels including Google, LinkedIn, X, Meta, and other emerging platforms.
Monitor CAC, conversion rates, attribution, and ROI to improve campaign performance.
Analytics & Experimentation
Track and analyze key funnel metrics and growth KPIs.
Build reporting dashboards, identify opportunities, and run structured A/B tests to improve acquisition and activation performance.
Marketing Operations & Tooling
Help build and maintain the marketing tech stack and operational processes needed to scale growth efficiently.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or GTM roles at a startup or high-growth tech company
Strong understanding of full-funnel growth strategy and conversion optimization
