Develop and conduct interventional Phase 1–3 clinical trials in oncology;
Draft clinical protocols aligned with the Clinical Development Plan;
Ensure the scientific quality, patient safety, and integrity of clinical studies;
Participate in real-time medical monitoring of studies;
Assess patient eligibility and address critical safety questions;
Review clinical data and supervise delegated medical reviews;
Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance on ongoing safety monitoring of studies;
Interpret results related to efficacy, safety, PK/PD, and clinical endpoints;
Contribute to the preparation of clinical study reports and regulatory documents;
Support responses to regulatory authorities and ethics committees;
Collaborate on scientific publications, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts;
Develop strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and external experts;
Serve as a core member of cross-functional clinical development teams;
Represent Clinical Development in strategic therapeutic-area forums;
Other routine duties within the area.

Required: Medical degree with an active license to practice;
Solid experience in Oncology;
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, or equivalent clinical experience;
Proven track record of academic publications and/or clinical research;
Practical experience in drug development;
Experience conducting or participating in clinical trials: investigator-initiated, industry-sponsored, or cooperative group studies;
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for drug registration;
Knowledge of and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP);
Required: Completed degree.
