Overseeing North America Sales for municipal wastewater and biological treatment
Developing and implementing sales policies and procedures
Managing a team of sales professionals

Managing sales documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field, with at least 10 years experience
At least 3 years experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience
Strong technical skills with proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM systems, SAP ERP)
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven decision-making
Channel-development expertise
Collaborative leadership across a matrixed organization
A strategic thinker with a test and learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements
Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals
