Manager, Enterprise Sales

Figma is a company dedicated to making design accessible to all, and they are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Sales to shape their sales strategy. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings
• Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth
• Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
• Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
• Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals

Requirements:

• 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing sales teams
• Strong understanding of technical products, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
• Exceptional coaching, communication, discovery, and presentation skills
• Passion for driving customer success, building lasting relationships, and delivering consistent sales results
