About this role

Understand end-to-end (E2E) processes within SAP with support from SMEs and business areas.
Translate operational processes into digital training flows (Smart Walk-Thru).
Develop guided journeys using No Code tools, especially SAP WalkMe.
Create and maintain interactive navigation flows and in-application user support within the SAP environment.
Support training, digital adoption, and change management initiatives.
Validate flows and content with functional teams and stakeholders.
Produce functional documentation and support materials related to the mapped processes.
Work on continuous improvement of user experience and usability of SAP processes.

Experience with SAP processes and understanding of end-to-end flows.
Background in digital training, functional documentation, or system adoption.
Knowledge of No Code tools.
Experience with or exposure to SAP WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills for interaction with users, SMEs, and business areas.
Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to turn processes into intuitive flows.
