About this role
Role Overview
Lead business development efforts for Global Nuclear Fuel related to advanced reactor fuel applications, emerging fuel opportunities from new reactor designs, and short-cycle commercial sales opportunities aligned with the core fuel business
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities in advanced reactor fuel applications, adjacent fuel-related markets, and shorter-cycle commercial opportunities
Develop and execute business development strategies to position the business for long-term growth in emerging nuclear markets while supporting near-term revenue opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reactor developers, strategic partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
Serve as a commercial liaison for market engagement related to advanced reactor opportunities and fuel-related business expansion
Partner with product management, engineering, licensing, operations, and finance teams to assess technical feasibility, commercial attractiveness, investment needs, and execution considerations for new opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, commercial operations, sales, strategic marketing, product management, engineering, or related business leadership roles
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and managing complex commercial opportunities in industrial, technical, or highly regulated markets
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, domestically and internationally, based on business and customer needs
