Partner with Recruiters and hiring teams to build and execute scalable sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring plans.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a variety of techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, referrals, events, and creative outreach).
Build and maintain talent pipelines and nurture passive candidates through thoughtful, consistent touchpoint strategies.
Conduct market and talent research (availability, compensation trends, competitor mapping) and adapt sourcing strategies as market conditions evolve.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role, ideally in a high-growth, high-velocity environment.
Demonstrated success building and managing talent pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong sourcing skills across a range of channels, including outbound search, inbound applicants, referrals, and events.
Experience engaging passive talent, from initial outreach through relationship-building and handoff to recruiters.
A collaborative, consultative approach and strong partnership skills.
Curiosity and a growth mindset, with interest in continuously improving your sourcing craft, including experimenting with AI tools and new technologies.
Bonus points if you have: Experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Experience using Workday ATS and Gem.
