About this role
Role Overview
- Set and guide resolution strategy for complex, high‑exposure claims
- Lead, coach, and develop senior large loss adjusters
- Serve as a trusted technical authority and escalation point for complex coverage issues
- Ensure consistency, quality, and defensibility through disciplined file reviews
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and industry developments impacting large loss claims
- Influence continuous improvement by strengthening large loss standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of progressive claims experience
- Prior leadership or senior oversight experience in complex claims preferred
- Advanced technical expertise in Auto, Commercial, General Liability, Property, and/or Umbrella lines of business
- A demonstrated ability to guide experienced professionals through ambiguity, complexity, and high-stakes decisions
- Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Guidewire ClaimCenter preferred
