Requirements
- Expertise in leading technology service delivery
- Strong background in service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
- Proven capability managing large-scale ARTs
- Success working with executive stakeholders and governance bodies
- Deep understanding of technology operations, incident and problem management
- Experience in financial stewardship of technology services
- Excellent communication skills
