Customer support through the performance of on-site equipment operation, maintenance and installation
Overseeing necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of video control-center display, communication, and encryption equipment and systems
Instructing customers and fellow employees in the operation and maintenance of the system
In coordination with engineering personnel, checking out, reporting on and approving operational quality of system equipment
Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative, programmatic and technical with the government customer
Supporting on-site and remote customer meetings
Communicating and collaborating with government customer organization at all levels of leadership
o up to and including senior military and Senior Executive Service
Interfacing with other engineering disciplines to ensure proper coordination of systems aspects of the project
Generating or updating drawings, parts lists, Engineering Orders, wiring lists, diagrams, and schematics
Creation and presentation of design review materials
Verification of system interfaces
Must have the ability to travel
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Hold a Secret Security Clearance
Previous work supporting DOD/government contracts for engineering or engineering services
Experience with operating video display/recording systems, encryption systems, voice/data communications systems, and networking systems
Direct experience working with technologies: Underwater Acoustics, Telemetry, Communications, Data Recording systems, and/or Radar
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated initiative, drive, and interpersonal skills
