About this role
Role Overview
Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute follow‑up materials
Assist with internal communications as directed by the General Manager
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed
Support basic data entry and reporting tasks including maintaining weekly key performance indicators
Assist with other clerical or administrative duties as assigned
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal employees
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree in business or related field, preferred
1+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
Previous experience supporting leadership preferred
Familiarity with basic office and administrative procedures
Valid driver license
