Develop and lead highly complex projects & global initiatives, representing Global Clinical Supplies, & providing operational & strategic support across the company
Leverage external network/ relationships to evaluate the industry trends
Interpret clinical protocols and translate study design requirements into an end-to-end clinical physical and digital supply strategy
Define demand assumptions and scenario plans in partnership with GCSO functions
Partner with Clinical Supply Operations and International Operations to assess feasibility, capacity, and cost across the internal/external network
Make decisions on complex problems, identifying innovative options and solutions
Prepare GCSO for the workforce of the future by operationalizing AI-enabled decision support across portfolio and network operations
Lead adoption through capability building, data/analytics literacy, change management, and clear governance
Drive Portfolio Operations and Network Optimization transformation to enable Data-Driven, Agile Decision-Making with AI support
Own the strategic external suppliers’ relationships and translate GCSO priorities into tactical operational plans
Optimize and govern the external partner network and external clinical supply operations

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field
12+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic and/or medical research environments
Significant leadership experience, both line and team with a history of effective management of cross functional teams
Extensive experience in Clinical Supply physical and digital operations and leading teams to deliver solutions for Clinical portfolio
Experience in managing external vendor networks to optimize delivery and efficiency
Experience of leading Digital projects and drive team through Technology transformation
Leadership in Data stewardship, Analytics and Dashboard to support portfolio and clinical supply activities
Experience in Enterprise-level analytics strategy and executive and operational reporting frameworks
Demonstrated success in standardization of metrics across Global Clinical Supply
Ability to influence data governance policies, ensuring compliant, role-based access to analytics and reporting assets
Demonstrated ability to partner with IT, Regulatory, and Business stakeholders on digital platforms
Proven ability to function effectively across a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading teams in complex environments
