Create learning journeys and curricula that support skill development globally.
Apply instructional design best practices to ensure learning is engaging, accessible, and effective.
Write clear instructional content, such as guides, learner materials, and audio/video scripts.
Ensure training content and supporting materials align with company branding guidelines.
Check learning solutions (functionality and learner experience), and address issues before launch.
Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and project teams globally to gather and analyze learning needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Translate business needs into learning objectives and experiences that drive performance.
Speak confidently with employees and stakeholders about the value of learning and how impact is measured.
Lead, support and oversee the rollout of learning solutions.
Develop internal communications to promote new and updated learning offerings.
Facilitate or co-facilitate live or virtual training sessions when needed.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using established evaluation approaches (for example, learner feedback, performance data, and impact measures).
Use data and insights to continuously improve learning design and delivery.
Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement by exploring new tools, methods, and technologies in learning design.
Maintain and organize learning content and documentation on secure platforms.
Support learning management system (LMS) administration, upgrades, and user enablement in partnership with the broader team.
Use tools, including AI, responsibly.
Review and refresh existing learning content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company standards.
Requirements
Proven professional experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
Strong experience designing and developing digital learning solutions (eLearning, microlearning, simulations, video, virtual learning).
Ability to design learning for diverse audiences and global learners.
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (for example, Articulate 360).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (for example, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficient video editing skills and using video editing software (for example, Camtasia).
Experience using AI tools to support instructional design and learning.
Experience working with learning management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent technical writing skills.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Actively engaged, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Able to pivot quickly and deliver high-quality work to strict deadlines.
Accountable and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership from concept through delivery.

Degree in instructional design, learning sciences, or a related field.
Experience creating and editing visual assets for learning (for example, Adobe Illustrator).
