Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to manage a team as a Health Services Director.
Complete department training and gain on-the-job experience.
Work under a current Health Services Director to learn the role.
Participate in leadership training to grow with Oakmont.

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Candidates from Oakmont will need to have a minimum of six months in their current position.
Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse;
one (1) years experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
California LVN or RN License in good standing.
Must be willing to travel throughout the state during the training process.
Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for serving older adults.
Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals.
Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records and other Company tools.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests.
