Help ensure strong product availability and in-store execution across all BAT categories in the assigned channel (Traditional, Wholesale or Sub-distributors) and territory (Asunción/Gran Asunción)
Work closely with distributors and sub-distributors to propose, implement and track commercial initiatives, supporting the effective execution of the marketing plan and sales force strategy
Conduct regular market visits alongside sales teams and distributor staff, monitoring performance through key KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities
Identify and develop solutions to strengthen brand presence and execution in the different channels, aligned with business needs
Support and guide distributor sales teams through indirect leadership, ensuring alignment and achievement of commercial objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing or similar positions
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel, intermediate PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken (required)
