participation in the financial period closing process
monitoring and analysis of cash flow
calculation of production cost
preparation and evaluation of business cases in manufacturing (investments, optimizations, new initiatives)
providing financial support for export activities
analysis and preparation of reports related to the Company’s revenue management
participation in pricing strategy development and price-setting processes
evaluation and management of marketing investments
development and enhancement of existing financial tools
participation in the automation of financial processes and optimization of departmental operations

final-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation)
motivated to build a career in finance within the international company
have leadership and strong analytical skills
goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
ability to relocate within Ukraine
advantageous: at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and part-time roles)
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
