Role Overview
- Support activities following the approval and disbursement of financing (post-grant).
- Ensure the validity and compliance of financing applications and their conditions by validating contracts and guarantees.
- Analyze and authorize disbursements, ensuring they comply with applicable conditions, standards, and legislation.
- Follow up with members/clients and collaborators.
- Work closely with colleagues and external partners involved in financing files.
- Assist the manager in keeping documentation current and in coaching and training employees.
- Validate consistency and compliance of documents and contracts with required conditions and guarantees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
