About this role
Role Overview
Streamlining and optimizing the delivery of payroll, time, and benefits (PTB) services across the EMEA region
Act as a strategic bridge between regional operational teams and global product management
Define end-to-end processes in collaboration with local PTB leads and cross-functional partners
Drive harmonization and simplification of processes across the region
Collaborate with Product Owners for technical discussions and system round tables
Manage vendor relationships with key partners
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Payroll, Time/Absence, and Benefits administration
Solid working knowledge of Workday
Ability to manage relationships with external payroll vendors
Engagement and influence with diverse partners including Finance and IT
Strong background in managing business processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives
Strong project management skills
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
