Role Overview
- Lead recruitment processes in the IT area (sourcing, interviews, candidate follow-up and feedback);
- Identify training needs and support the implementation of the annual training plan;
- Support performance evaluation processes;
- Keep information up to date in internal systems and HR documentation;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices;
- Engage in cross-functional HR projects with organizational impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in HR.
- Experience in recruitment processes.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
