Contribute to digital campaigns in collaboration with colleagues and partners
Maintain trusted relationships with key journalists and influencers in Poland to deliver impact.
Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality communications materials (such as press releases, quotes, social media content, digital products).
Content creation for selected partners, voices and digital channels in coordination to deliver organic reach.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners in Poland, ranging from NGOs and academics to businesses, and offer strategic advice that supports campaign objectives.
Work with our spokesperson network, with a particular focus on supporting our spokesperson network to build digital profiles.
Pitch stories to digital media that drive climate action, using timely, targeted messaging tailored to resonate with online audiences, with support from the Poland Desk Lead.
Closely follow the political and media debates in Poland to identify opportunities for engagement and acting as a source of intelligence for colleagues and partners.
Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Extensive experience in a digital media campaigning role, with deep knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in climate campaigns.
Ability to assess impact of digital campaigns by analysing metrics
Ability to craft and pitch compelling, media-worthy stories that cut through noise and resonate with Polish audiences
Strong networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with key partners in the climate space.
Project management skills to transform ideas into campaigns and communication outputs and manage their delivery, collaborating with various colleagues and experts.
The ability to monitor political debates across a range of climate and energy related issues, through media tracking and intel gathering.
Solid understanding of campaign communications, with the ability to craft compelling media stories and advise partners on communication strategies.
A self-starting attitude, capable of working independently to establish relationships and initiate projects. Time management skills and ability to respond swiftly to trends and world events
Residency in Poland and fluency in Polish.
Fluency in written and spoken English, our working language.
