Proficiency in developing interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI (5 years+ of experience with Power BI is required)
Strong collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders in gathering requirements and understanding data visualization needs
Experience in designing and implementing data models and transformations for reporting purposes
Advanced skills in utilizing Power BI features to create dynamic and interactive visualizations
Ability to optimize report performance and data refresh processes for efficient insight delivery
Expertise in data visualization and report design best practices
Experience working with data in Snowflake and Azure Data Lake for visualization purposes is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance to achieve objectives
Strong communication skills to provide guidance and share best practices in data visualization
Experience in CRO, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is a big plus
Upper-intermediate English skills or above (English is the primary language of communication in the company).
