Role Overview
- Serve as the strategic HR partner to the Cell Culture Media Business Leader & CTO Leader
- Shape and execute short‑ and long‑term people strategies
- Act as trusted advisor to leadership
- Diagnose organizational needs; translate strategy into organizational implications
- Build and execute HR plans for the region and enterprise‑aligned initiatives
- Run integrated talent processes in partnership with regional HR Business Partners
- Champion inclusion and belonging programs
- Lead people agenda through restructures, integrations, and transformations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with prior global team leadership
- Strong record in matrixed, regulated, and fast‑paced manufacturing environments
- Deep expertise in employee/ labour relations in the Nordics
- Proven success leading large‑scale change and transformation
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel ~30% of the time
