Role Overview
- Spend the vast majority of your time on-site at production facilities and restaurants
- Analyze trends surfaced in Origami to execute targeted field actions
- Lead the charge in transitioning from behavioral fixes to permanent engineering controls
- Serve as the primary field-facing lead for safety and security escalations
Requirements
- 7+ years in Safety & Security management with a focus on multi-unit food production, manufacturing, or complex retail environments
- Strong proficiency in using Origami Risk to drive field audits, manage compliance, and track corrective actions
- Deep knowledge of physical security systems, OSHA regulations, and the 'Hierarchy of Controls' (prioritizing engineering over PPE)
