Supporting day to day compliance activity across the wider business
Taking ownership of Italian market compliance responsibilities
Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams
Supporting policies, processes and regulatory requirements
Assisting with compliance documentation, reporting and licensing activity
Liaising with regulators, external partners and third party providers where required
Supporting compliance related projects and identifying opportunities for improvement
Managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a fast moving environment

Exposure to working in a regulated or compliance focused environment
Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills
A proactive self starter who is comfortable working independently
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
A collaborative approach and confidence working with different areas of the business
Someone who is adaptable, curious and comfortable in a changing environment
Experience within gaming or online gambling would be a plus
Italian language skills would be beneficial, but are not essential
Exposure to areas such as AML, Safer Gambling, Fraud, KYC or regulatory processes would be advantageous
