Strategic management of our clients in performance marketing
Onboarding new clients in the paid-ads area and developing a scalable campaign strategy
Planning, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest
Developing and testing ad creatives together with our in-house design team
Conducting audience, market and competitor analyses
Analyzing KPIs, tracking and attribution to optimize campaigns based on data
Preparing reports, analyses and presentations for our clients
Providing strategic advice to clients on growth, scaling and campaign structure
Mentoring and supporting trainees in the paid-ads area

You have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing
You can not only manage campaigns but actively scale them
You think strategically while working hands-on
You have a strong understanding of KPIs, tracking, attribution and data-driven optimization
You take ownership and proactively develop solutions
You enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge
You are located in one of the following time zones: GMT, CET or EET
You have excellent German skills (C2) and very good English skills
