Implement cloud-native backend services and APIs for GNOS that directly support GN’s hearing products and R&D roadmaps.
Design and implement resilient, observable services (logging, tracing, metrics, alerts) aligned with product and platform SLAs/SLOs.
Work closely with R&D test engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, contract, performance).
Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design discussions, balancing platform health with product delivery.
Identify and help address technical debt in GNOS services, focusing on areas that unlock product innovation, performance, or reliability.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years of professional experience developing backend or platform services in production environments
Direct experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as Microsoft Azure, including services like API management, databases, messaging, identity, and containers
Proficient in programming with at least one backend language (for example, C#/.NET, Java, or Node.js/TypeScript)
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs consumed by other R&D teams or external partners
Practical experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Git-based workflows (GitHub or similar)
Demonstrated focus on reliability, maintainability, and security in solution design and implementation.
