Role Overview
- Coordinate and lead the daily activities regarding the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process across various business units
- Manage the collection of internal loss data and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to the operational risk framework and data collection tools
- Serve as a resource and share knowledge with the workgroup and business owners regarding risk taxonomy and control standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Actuarial Science, or Finance
- 5+ years experience in a Risk Management function within the insurance/reinsurance market
- Strong understanding of Solvency II, MAS, CBI, BMA or equivalent risk management regulation
- Proficiency in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools
- Relevant professional designations (e.g., CERA, IRM, PRM, FRM) preferred
