Define and execute Waystone’s global private markets growth strategy across private equity, private credit and real assets
Identify priority client segments, geographies, and product opportunities across Europe, The United States and other international markets
Develop a differentiated market positioning for Waystone’s private markets solutions business
Represent Waystone as a thought leader across the global private markets ecosystem
Shape the end-to-end product offering for private markets managers across the lifecycle of a fund
Integrate Waystone’s capabilities across: Management company services, Governance and regulatory oversight, Distribution enablement, Fund & corporate administration
Establish specific Private Market revenue target goals for Waystone
Mobilise Waystone’s global service platform to deliver coordinated client solutions
Build relationships with private markets sponsors, institutional investors, and industry influencers
Provide strategic leadership and direction for Waystone’s private markets business
Requirements
Significant senior leadership experience within private markets, fund services, or asset management
Proven track record of winning mandates from private markets managers
Deep understanding of private equity, private credit and real asset structures
Experience selling regulated fund solutions and governance platforms
Strong network within the global private markets ecosystem.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
