Take full responsibility for the Product Owner role in agile software projects
Develop and own the product vision, roadmap and product backlog
Collect, prioritize and qualify requirements in a structured way with a focus on business value and testability
Write high-quality user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
Actively shape sprint plannings, refinements and reviews
Ensure a clear understanding of the problem space ("what & why")
Strategic and responsible use of AI tools in requirements engineering (analysis, prioritization, quality assurance)
Advise clients on the sustainable integration of AI in the PO context
Advance internal and external AI and requirements engineering competencies
Conduct workshops, coaching sessions and training
Represent QualityMinds professionally in presales, technical articles and presentations.

Several years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst
Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban and professional Requirements Engineering
Practical experience in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jira, Atlassian Intelligence)
Strong understanding of quality, testability and value orientation
Confident stakeholder management at both functional and management levels
Very good German and English skills.
