Own the design direction for GenAI-enabled experiences across one or more enterprise web-app products/workstreams
Shape business process innovation with AI by translating ambiguous problem spaces into prototypes, experiments, and shipped increments
Lead discovery and evaluative testing for one or more AI experiences
Define success metrics with Product and iterate using qualitative and quantitative signals
Design for trust and transparency
Evolve the global design system with AI-ready components and patterns
Manage and mentor designers, strengthening product thinking, interaction design, AI UX craft and workflow optimisation

8+ years product design experience favouring complex enterprise web applications, with 1 to 3+ years in a lead capacity (workstream, or strategy ownership)
Familiarity with AI UX concepts, and experience designing GenAI features beyond chat interface
Ability to articulate and design for trade-offs between helpfulness, safety, latency, and accuracy
Strong interaction design skills for complex workflows, and a proven ability to simplify without dumbing down
Confident research practitioner: plan and conduct workshops, synthesise insight, and influence decisions through evidence
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Experience in regulated/high-trust domains
An outstanding portfolio demonstrating all of the above.
Degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, human-computer interaction (HCI), related field or equivalent experience is a plus
Experienced product design skills is required, 8+ years.
