About this role
Role Overview
- Manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time
- Manage a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers
- Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans
- Forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
- Work as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners
- Ensure proper forecasting for all projects on assigned account(s)
- Manage workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
- Develop timelines and advise on estimates; manage projects to remain on time and budget; flag timing and budget concerns
- Communicate openly with all departments, providing continuous status updates
- Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in required
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions REQUIRED
- 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency (REQUIRED)
- Experience with timeline development and budget management required
- Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
