Strategic Drafting: Craft substantive pleadings, motions, and complex discovery responses with a high degree of technical accuracy.
Discovery & Inventory: Lead the discovery and inventory process, including tracing separate property funds and identifying "red flags" in complex financial affidavits or business valuations.
Trial Readiness: Partner with attorneys to curate trial exhibits, organize trial notebooks, and manage ongoing RFOs (Requests for Order).
Administrative Precision: Oversee court filings, maintain rigorous calendaring for hearings and deadlines, and ensure billable hours are captured accurately.
Requirements
Experience: At least 2+ years of dedicated Texas Family Law experience as a paralegal.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in E-Filing across various state court portals and staying current with local rules.
Software Expert: Fluent in Clio/MyCase, Google Suite, and modern document management systems.
Ethical Anchor: A professional who understands the line between legal information and legal advice and remains calm under the pressure of emotionally charged litigation.
Team Leader: A self-starter capable of providing mentorship and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
