Collaborate closely with strategic customers to ensure they are getting the most of our products based on use cases, workflows and product adoption
Derive and implement improvement measures for product adoption
Leverage learnings from strategic customers to small and medium sized customers
Sustain Value
Monitor and Optimize Customer Adoption of our products
Collaborate closely with the Product Department in order to ensure our products are further developed according to customer needs
Build and refine analyses for key customer segments
Support the Customer Success Managers and Account Executives developing and documenting Customer Success Stories
Requirements
Strong track record of 5+ years experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, Value Departments in a Software (ideally SaaS) Company or a Center of Excellence
Hands-on expertise in client delivery, project management and business development
Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
Skillful in explaining complex concepts with simplicity and steering data-driven value generation and decision making for our customers and our company
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and one more European language
Excellent degree in Management, Business Information Systems or other business or Engineering related subjects
Ideally, experience with OSINT, Cyber Sec, Forensic, Intelligence, or Lawful Interception
