Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsor partners across a portfolio of global events
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organizations
Provide strategic and tactical guidance to partners regarding sponsorship execution and event participation
Communicate updates, risks and changes proactively to internal teams, clients and sponsors
Deliver a consistent white-glove experience across all interactions and touchpoints
Act as the voice of the sponsor internally, ensuring sponsor priorities and objectives are fully understood and delivered
Partner with internal sponsorship teams and client workstreams to execute sponsorship deliverables including booths, digital assets, content, demand generation and custom activations
Collaborate directly with clients onsite and support live event troubleshooting as required
Manage communication cadence with sponsors, ensuring agendas, action items and follow-ups are clearly documented and progressed
Track project timelines and proactively mitigate risks to ensure seamless delivery and sponsor satisfaction
Provide executive-level status updates and reporting to clients and stakeholders
Support Account Directors and Sales Leads in achieving retention and growth across key sponsor accounts
Mentor and support colleagues, promoting best practice in sponsorship delivery and project management
Share knowledge and contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement
Participate actively in client and agency account discussions, helping shape future sponsorship engagement strategies
Maintain strong knowledge of team systems, tools, resources and operational processes
Requirements
Proven experience managing high-profile clients, sponsors or partner accounts within events, sponsorship or exhibition environments
Significant experience delivering sponsorship and exhibitor programmes at a senior level
Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management
Experience working across multiple events, projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously
Strong understanding of sponsorship products, custom activations and event production
Experience using sponsorship exhibitor platforms such as RainFocus (desirable)
Proven senior-level project management experience, ideally using Monday.com or similar tools
Strong diplomacy, communication and negotiation skills
Strong financial and business acumen
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
Comfortable creating and presenting executive-level materials and updates
Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable
Ability to work autonomously within a distributed and fast-paced environment
