Role Overview
- Support U.S.-based clients with payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
- Act as an extension of the client’s HR & Payroll team.
- Handle complex client situations (discrepancies, requests, billing questions).
- Communicate decisions clearly and confidently.
- Maintain compliance while managing client expectations.
- Own recurring payroll processes and deadlines.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running U.S. or Canada payroll end-to-end
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, Gusto, Rippling, etc.)
- Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and real client scenarios
- Experience managing multiple clients or high-volume payrolls
- Strong English communication skills (client-facing role)
