About this role
Role Overview
Plan, analyze and sustain the construction of promotional assortments, ensuring balance between demand, availability and supply chain constraints;
Ensure logic, governance and consistency in decisions that impact promotional cycles;
Anticipate medium
and long-term risks related to supply, capacity and historical data;
Conduct predictive analyses to identify deviations and vulnerabilities in the promotional assortment;
Identify risks based on historical and behavioral indicators;
Structure recommendations and scenarios to support S&OP and related areas' decision-making;
Respond quickly to changing scenarios by assessing impacts and adjusting plans;
Connect planning, execution and operations, ensuring feasibility and stability of promotional cycles;
Support executive forums and stakeholders in interpreting risks, trade-offs and supply chain impacts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Strong analytical capability, systemic thinking and maturity to operate in a high-complexity environment with multiple stakeholders and decisions that have significant business impact;
Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, S&OP, Demand or related analytical areas;
Experience in contexts of high variability, operational constraints and data-driven decision-making;
Experience in risk, scenario and impact analysis for planning or operations;
Preferred: knowledge of promotional planning, portfolio management or commercial dynamics.
