Role Overview
Conduct active (outbound) lead prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels defined by the company
Qualify leads based on criteria defined by the sales team
Conduct consultative approaches to gain an initial understanding of customer needs
Identify potential customers that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Execute prospecting and follow-up cadences according to the sales strategy
Schedule meetings and opportunities for Sales Representatives (internal and external)
Record and update information in the CRM
Monitor productivity and conversion metrics related to pre-sales
