About this role
Role Overview
Receive and analyze customer requests, understanding needs and specifications.
Contribute to prompt, courteous service aligned with commercial guidelines.
Update pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
Support basic negotiations to make proposals competitive.
Prepare commercial proposals in CargoWise, ensuring accuracy of information.
Send quotations to clients and monitor responses.
Issue Shipping Instructions in CargoWise and send them to the operations team and partner agents.
Ensure all data is complete and accurate.
Perform proactive follow-up with clients via email and phone.
Record all interactions in the CRM, keeping the history up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields
Operational experience is desirable
English (language proficiency)
