Tier‑2 / tier‑3 technical escalations (~40%)
Debug API requests, inspect workflows, run SQL queries

Identifying patterns, translating customer pain into product issues for roadmap
Human in the loop (~10%)
Clear messaging to customers when AI uncertainty arises
Requirements
2–4 years of B2B SaaS support experience
Comfort with APIs/webhooks/JSON/SQL
Real interest in conversational AI
Excellent written English
Dutch is a strong plus
Strong communicator and empathetic
