Project Consultant

Role Overview

• Lead high-impact strategic projects focused on growth, transformation and operational efficiency;
• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets and stakeholder expectations are met;
• Manage project schedules, scope, deliverables and governance, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery;
• Prepare studies and controls to validate the financial viability of initiatives to support strategic decisions;
• Identify growth levers and improvement opportunities and design viable, relevant, differentiated, results-oriented solutions with high impact;
• Develop strategies that connect market trends with clients' specific needs;
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout projects;
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, autonomy and technical excellence;
• Create strategic narratives for presentations, workshops and alignment meetings, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred;
• Logical reasoning and strong analytical/problem-solving skills;
• Storytelling skills for executive presentations;
• Stakeholder management, with focus on expectation alignment, effective communication and building trusted relationships;
• Financial viability and impact analysis, including interpretation of indicators, metrics and scenario analysis;
• Plus: experience with project governance;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
